[-] We are in a room called puppet master, they have exquisite interior design and artwork, but we just not comfortable to have six puppet masks above our head when we are sleeping. Of course it is very personal.😉

[+] The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, generous, and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure you were happy. The resort is small but incredible, and the tented villas are an amazing and unique experience. Many complimentary gifts, food and drink during the stay including afternoon tea, and free cocktails..
[-] The steps and paths of the resort are not suitable for people with significant mobility issues.

[+] The staff was memorable and very friendly, and the food was the best we had in Bali! We stayed in a spectacular villa with a pool that had an exquisite design. Make sure to try the private rafting on the Agung River; it was fun even for us beginners.

[+] Tanah Gajah is a gem, even by Balinese standards. Designed by an artist for himself, you feel as if you are living within a royal garden. Visual feasts of sculptures, landscaping, nature(white and black swans, white pigeons, egrets landing in the rice paddies). The villas are fantastic, the food is great, the staff are delightful and attend to your every need. Complimentary alcohol, fruit, afternoon tea with snacks, and cocktails, and daily yoga are included. Nothing is spared to make your stay enjoyable. The only downside each morning is having to make the difficult decision whether to take an excursion, or stay for another tranquil day of pure luxury.

[+] everything, the staff very responsive, attentive and accommodating, the area is beautiful, the food, and also I am really happy that the internet provided was really good, and they make sure it works since i told the hotel, i would work during the stay.
[-] I couldn't find anything that i didn't like, maybe the afternoon tea is not that superb but still it's amazing to sit there sipping tea and watch the paddy fields, just enjoy the moment. the price quite steep too but i guess it's worth the experience.

[+] The staff was incredible, Anggi and Ngurah were so hospitable and friendly. They helped us organize a day trip to sites around Ubud and even packed a bag for our day trip. Enjoyed massages from our room. The villa was beautifully decorated and breakfast was delicious. The view from the restaurant is stunning. We celebrated our anniversary there and could not have chosen a better place to spend it.

[+] The location is walkable distance to many restaurant options. The accommodation was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful. Loved the variety of options for breakfast. The selections we made were all delicious. The gym was small, but had the equipment we needed. The package included photography session, which we took advantage of and ended up with great photos taken on the villa premises. We also enjoyed a yoga class at the Bisma hotel!

You can even see Mt Batur in a sunny day. Very clean. Bathroom with big tub, bedroom all comes with view over the valley and jungle. Very private and great intimacy! Separate outside shower full of plants. Food was great too. All staff very nice, attentive and very helpfull!

[+] Everything! Don’t listen to any negative comments! This place is a miracle and you can't book enough days to enjoy this wonderful place. The host, the food, the facilities are second to none. The best place I've ever been. we didn't meet any animals, Casa Pohu is a real paradise on earth.

The villa was beautiful, calm, with high ceilings, huge windows and rustic feel! We loved the sunken living room and amazing views of the trees from the bedroom and bathrooms. The generous breakfast was also a treat (loved the pancakes!) and the birthday surprise which was a lovely touch!
Location wise it is outside central Ubud and there’s not much around the immediate vicinity in terms of restaurants etc. However, the staff were really friendly and overall we really enjoyed our stay here!
[-] The location was a little tricky as others have mentioned. The villa is down an awkward narrow road which many drivers don’t want to come down. Usually
ok if you order a small car but sometimes drivers will cancel. It is possible to get the hotel to help send a driver but the rates are almost double the cost of a Grab.
Not an issue but worth noting there is no bannister on the stairs up to the bedrooms. We had two kids under 3yrs so had to keep eye on them and it was fine but might be useful to know!

[+] Villacellabella was a magical place. We came on our honeymoon and loved it. The staff was awesome they prepared a beautiful flower pool and flower candle light dinner for us. We highly recommend Villacellabella 10/10 experience!
