[+] Based bad experiences pertaining to the breakfasts, it was good to see the quality of the breakfast has improved significantly. I returned to the hotel with these concerns, knowing that if there wasn't any improvement, I would never return. I was pleased to see they did improve, so I will continue to stay there as I have many times over the past two years.
[-] There is nothing bad I can say this time around.

[+] This hotel is a great place to be. Located in a safe, attractive and quiet place in Santiago. Moreover it is based not very far from the subway (to my mind Tobalaba station is the nearest) and surrounded by a lot of stores and good restaurants.
The staff was welcoming, helpful and attentive. They were really dedicated and offered a quality of service.
The room was clean, large and bright.

[+] The room is great and food is delicious. Room service was quick and efficient. Menu selection was diverse.
[-] They are stuck in the way. The front desk are NOT flexible! They dont go the extra mile for you. If checkin is at 4pm it’s 4pm.
It’s not personal the service here.

[-] One of the two beds had a very poor mattress making for an uncomfortable sleep – one room had aircon that didn’t work and they did not clean the floors so feet were very very dirty when walking around the suite

[-] Unfortunately, the bed size for 2 grownups to share was to small, only 140 cm. 180 cm would have been so much better and I would have rate it as the greatest place to stay in Stgo

[+] Great hotel as base for shopping, fine dinning, and tours. Staff is super helpful and enjoyable, and the restaurant is absolutely great which is very handy if traveling with small kids for dinner.

[+] I had walked past The Singular for 6 days and knew I had to spend one night there on my return trip. The staff were faultless!! A big shine out to the lovely gentleman at front desk who got me in to the room hours before check-in which allowed me to shower and nap and then face the day after a long overnight flight from Bogota – muchas gracias!! He was so kind and his tips were great too!!
Everyone was lovely! The room was divine, total luxury and just what you need after 3 weeks of travelling.
Will definitely visit again!

[+] We loved our stay here! From the airport transfer and throughout our stay, all hotel staff were so friendly and professional. The facilities are without fault. The food at both the hotel restaurant and the next door Casa Sanz was great. We especially appreciated their catering to a vegan diet with ease at the hotel (and Casa Sanz is 100% vegan). It’s a little on the expensive side but honestly was worth it.

Decoration was lovely and junior suite spacious. Very much enjoyed the bath.

[+] Sheraton Santiago is a great alternative to stay in Santiago. All facilities are good; staff is nice and professional. All restaurants and lobby bar are cozy. Pool area is confortable.

[+] Really beautiful pool area. Lots of space. Sky bar at floor 21. Bed was comfy, shower great and air con worked. Blinds great to stop the morning sun for that lie in. Bfast was nice outside.
[-] Seemed expensive but hadnt realised that Chile would be more expensive than Buenos Aires, Argentina. First time to South America.
