[+] The apartment was great and clean, with a terrific ocean view. With very modern interiors and a well-equipped kitchen, the stay at the apartment was great. It was straightforward to use the gym downstairs and the pool wasn't too crowded. The host was amiable and did everything to make us feel comfortable.
[-] It has nothing to do with the apartment, but I wouldn't recommend this location at the Bocagrande for families unless you are at a closed hotel yard. The ongoing party in the streets right below did not help our little ones sleep tight.

[+] El apartamento es increíble, su interior es fantástico, cuenta con excelentes camas, aire acondicionado, excelente limpieza, wifi, dotación electrodoméstica 10/10+. Es muy limpio, tiene una vista espectacular en cada habitación y balcón!!! Hasta en el baño tiene ventana con vista panorámica. Cuenta con lavadora y secadora lo cual es genial. El resto de edificio muy lindo, una piscina hermosa y además tiene turco. La facilidad para pagar y entrar al apto me encantó.. muy práctico. Igualmente la asistencia.

[+] Great location across the road from Bocagrande beach. Pool in the building is fantastic. The view is incredible can see the ocean and the old town. Great value.

[+] It is in an excellent location, you have everything within reach, the apartment is super nice it has an excellent view, the beds very comfortable, each space has air conditioning, the wonderful pool, the staff of the building and the ladies of the toilet all very friendly, the truth is recommended I loved my stay in this place.
[-] The only bad thing is that the dryer didn't work for us.

[+] First of all the location is fantastic you just have to walk a few steps and there you are at the beach ⛱️. Allison Michelle the front desk girl went above and beyond giving us the best tips and service. We arrived really early and Allison Michelle took care of our lounge and gave us beach towels to go right away to enjoy the beach. The Hotel has a lot of amenities such as a gym, great pool located on the 18 floor with an amazing snack where Sergio the bar tender made us feel like home. The restaurant has a fantastic selection of different kinds of food with the amazing service from the staffing.
I definitely recommend it to go and have a blast in Cartagena Plaza Hotel. The only risk is falling in love with it.

[+] We liked everything - staff, facilities, food etc.! Staff was very friendly! Nothing to complaint about. Smart google assistant in the room, possibility to dance every day etc. What not to like?

[+] Great location. Super facilities. Very comfortable and specious room. Nice roof swimming pool.
[-] The iron was burnt. I had white things and couldn't use it and had no time to swap it, so I had to leave in creased clothes.

[+] I loved everything about this hotel. It has everything and is surrounded by everything. I did not need to leave the premises unless I wanted to. I especially loved its proximity to a beach bar called Donde Diana where I became part of the family. Also, hotel is completely accessible for those in wheelchairs.
[-] The beach peddlers offering massage etc were aggressive. Sometimes this can be exciting and sometimes annoying. You have to be firm. Solo travelers be careful, leave all valuables in the hotel or buy some drinks from Ruby and Maria at Donde Diana and if your nice they will watch your stuff while you take a swim.

[+] The location is great, right on the beach and about a 20 minutes taxi drive to the city center.
[-] One of the windows didn't close properly so it was really warm in the room. Also nobody told us that we can sit on the sun loungers for free so we were coerced to pay every day by the people on the beach, however on the last day we saw some other guests telling them they could sit there without paying.

[+] Mi è piaciuto tutto, questo hotel è andato oltre le mie aspettative. La colazione molto ricca di ogni cosa, un grandissimo buffet di tante cose. Ero al 32esimo piano con una vista MOZZAFIATO. I servizi tutti veramente da 5 stelle compresa la lavanderia.

[+] No vabbè ragazzi, l'hotel è semplicemente il top. Grattacielo con 100 comfort e servizi. Rooftop con il miglior lounge bar di Cartagena. Spettacolare

[+] Our experience was amazing in this Hotel, I will definitely recommend without any doubt and everyone at the hotel was friendly and respectful all the time, making sure that my wife and me were always comfortable and safe. [+] The service was absolutely amazing. I loved this the most of all! From the front desk staff letting us check in early, to the bellboy (Luis), everyone was amazing.

[+] I love the friendliness of the staff members and how convenient it was to get a taxi to the airport . I would also like to add a little story ….
On my way back to the air port , I left my handbag in the taxi and the value of what was in the bag was work over $4, 000 US dollars and the taxi driver brought the bag back to me while I was waiting in line at the air port . He spoke very little English but through translations of another traveler , she said that the driver said he was 25 mins away when we realized that I left the bag in the car . I was beyond speechless that I left the bag in the car and he brought it back . He offered me to check the bag but I didn’t because he had already gained my trust by bringing it back . I didn’t check the bag till I got home and everything was in the bag .
I say this to say that there are good people in this world especially in Colombia!!!

[-] Que las unidades de los aires estén orientadas hacia el balcón, pues lanzan todo el aire caliente y no se puede usar ese espacio mientras los aires estén funcionando.
Que fallaran dos de los cuatro ascensores, generó mucha espera en los desplazamientos y más por la temporada de fin de año
