[+] I loved my room – it was so beautiful and spacious. I loved the soaking tub with a stunning view of the Haulover inlet – that was my favorite way to relax. The balcony view was fantastic for catching the sunrise and sunset. The complimentary bike ride was my favorite activity besides swimming. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel right at home. I'll definitely be returning again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

[+] The resort exceeded all of my expectations and I've never experienced this level of accommodations at any resort. The communication was stellar, the resort itself had everything we needed and they truly went above and beyond to provide the 5 star experience. There were no hidden fees.
[-] No issues at all. You get what you pay for! One restaurant recommendation givdn to us for dinner was the Surf Club, which is a popular restaurant at The Four Seasons. The ambiance was nice, but the food was very basic and grossly overpriced. I do not recommend it. However, this is not connected to the Acqualina

[+] Amazing very professional check in experience 5 star service from receptionist Valaria! The welcome drink and room upgrade was a special touch and very much appreciated! Lovely beach and chairs service. We had a delicious lunch at the beach front restaurant and a fantastic dinner at the Italian restaurant. Both catered well to kids.
[-] The valet was a bit complicated on weekends as they cater to three popular restaurants in the hotel and not just the hotel guests.

[-] They allow smoking in the restaurant and in the hallway between the art deco building and the pool.
The music is bumping in the restaurant till midnight on weekends. So, if you’re with kids or prefer silence — consider the new beachfront building.

[+] Hotel was fantastic. Pool area was perfect and relaxing with very attentive staff that fulfilled our every request.
[-] The guy running the sunglass shop on the lobby level of the hotel is over the top. Long story short, he tried to make me smoke from his personal weed pen when I declined to buy a pair of sunglasses bec he told me I needed to “relax”. My husband and I avoided walking by the shop (which is right before the elevators to the rooms) as much as possible!

[+] This is a beautiful hotel perfectly located right on the beach. The staff though make this hotel absolutely amazing. They were attentive and went above and beyond!

[-] The only available parking was valet and the hotel charges about $58/night to park, and this is on top of the charges for staying at the hotel. It should be included.

[+] Our stay at the St. Regis was spectacular. I cannot say enough good things. The room was gorgeous and spotless but more impressive was the exemplary service. The service at every level was impeccable.
