Site was amazing, cenote is a most, now transportation from.camcun took 2h picking people up, like I was first, and nobady else was picked up all the way until playa del carmen wich is annoying, transportation arrangements should be better.
This tour was amazing for our family. We are traveling with our 2 children (6 & 13) and it was awesome for all of us! Our tour guide, Mary was great also. The Ruins was a sight to see with all the unknown miraculous history, and the Cenote swim was a refreshing cool down after. Lunch was offered (you buy lunch, bring $) at the Cenote and was the best tacos we’ve had. Also, we were able to experience a Mezcal tasting at the Cenote as well. We accidentally left one of our bags on the bus when we were dropped off—the bag was returned to us the next day, untouched. Great company, amazing tour guides, I highly recommend!
First half of tour was a bit rushed we didn't have time to do much not even to grab souvenirs. We had enough time being that it was scheduled to end at six and we were home by 4pm. Last half was leisure and relaxing
We would have loved to go but the night before we received an email pushing our pick up time from 7:00 to 7:30. We even replied to the email confirming the new pick up time. We got to the pick up location at 7:20 but the driver had already come and left us. They would not come back to pick us up so we didn’t get to go. Terrible coordination made us miss out sightseeing.

Excellent tour! Vincent Padilla was a phenomenal tour guide. I truly appreciated his knowledge and enthusiasm in giving us the history. The food was excellent. Recommending this tour to everyone. Thank you!!
The trip was amazing. The tour guide Frank was super knowledgeable who gave a better idea about Mayans and their culture. The drive was amazing. Thanks to Frank and driver ugo for the safe care.
Staff were amazing gave a insight on the history. Shop at the Cenote was very expensive and would not leave you alone. The cenoto was beautiful and worth the visit but this part of the trip felt rushed as did not seam to be organised missed lunch as two hour slot for Tequila, lunch and Cenote. Maybe if you had an artillery knowing what you were doing for the day would of made things better and more planned out. Markets were cheaper but had already been rob by the shop. Chichen Itza great tour learn some interesting facts. Along day especially missing lunch.
Great experience with Victor, Tomas, and Rene! Knowledgable tour guides, very entertaining. It was a full day (8am to 845pm) for us, but well worth it. They timed most activities well. Vallodolid was a very quick stop, 30 minutes only and it goes fast. I'd suggest not only downloading Viator to communicate with Amigo Tours but also downloading their company app Amigo Tours as well. I didn't realize they'd been messaging me about pick up details and payment links for chichenitza tax, life vests, and $10 pp fee for additional transport (since we got picked up from a resort that wasn't a meet up point).

What a great experienced & highly recommended!!! Ramirez our tour guide was awesome & he made sure that everyone was having a good time. Love the musics he played. In fact I requested him to play a song and took care of it. The rest of the staffs were hard working & you can see a great teamwork too!!! Thank you for making our enjoyable memories!!!
Perfect amount of time to snorkel without getting super exhausted! And just the right amount of time on the island for shopping and the beach! Lunch on the opposite of the island was a great location to relax and eat.
Snorkeling or my lack off, totally my favorite part. The clear blue water pulling up to the island was unmatched. I loved the experience 10/10
If you like really loud music and people screaming at you, Short time snorkeling. This is for you. Beach was poor

Great trip for couples. Our tour guide was Rey and Norma. They were amazing and a bit chill with time flexibility.
Great opportunity to see the Mayan culture and historical site. The tour guide was fabulous and did a great job of communicating in both English and Spanish. It is a long day with almost 6 hours of bus ride. The food was also a nice cultural experience.
My guide Cesar was wonderful. He and Alfredo, our driver, made sure that we were on time and safe the whole time. Cesar did an excellent job of educating us on the history and details of each of our stops. It’s clear that Cesar loves his job and is passionate about the Mayan culture. I highly recommend this tour and SAT Mexico. T
Paul, our tour guide, and Eduardo, our bus driver were super friendly and helpful! Visiting the cultural Mayan sites was amazing, but it was so much better with their help! It’s definitely a long travel day (from Playa del Carmen), but they make it as relaxing and fun as possible. Paul is very knowledgeable and passionate about Mayan culture and the Mayan people, so it was great to walk away learning something new.

The cenote was beautiful. Our tour guide was Miguel and he was so friendly and funny. We had a fun group. Ziplining for the first time so I was happy it was a pretty small course but still adrenaline. Atving was a blast. Prepare to get muddy! Their nachos were also to die for. All and all a really great day.
Our guide Mr. o was soo fun. I enjoyed everything. You get a lot for your money. ATVs was an all time favorite
Amazing time!!! I would not change anything. Our tour guide, Mr O, made our experience 10x better. Even at the price, it surpassed our expectations. 100% recommend
Best $65 you will spend for the experience. Start of with pick up it went smooth. We arrive 10 min early due do other comments stating they will leave if your not there in 5 minutes. Altough they got there a bit late themselves. Arriving to xtreme park they try to upsale everything just continue your way to begin activities. We started off with Cenotes, it was a good time although a short 30 minutes. 2nd we did tequila tasting which not much to say. 3rd we did the zip line which was a great experience for someone’s first. They are not long zip lines not an amazing view but still a great time. Last activity was the atvs and as a first time it was great experience. I would advice to get your own atv as two people is uncomfortable/not safe if you want to speed as the course has a lot water hole and large rocks. The length of the course was a little short but they have you go up and down a couple times. The last thing was our food. The food was honestly pretty good for being included already as well as the appetizer you are able to buy. Last but least the pictures they try to sell you for $80 are pretty good but don’t bite at the first price they throw at you. They will go down just need to talk to them but overall I’ll give the experience 8/10 and would recommend.

Great drivers and tour guides. The polo ponies were very we behaved and we had a lovely ride through the jungle around the polo club. The cenote was clean and beautiful, and the staff was kind and helpful. At the ATV/zip line adventure, the staff was helpful, walked us through each step, allowed us to go at our own pace, and helped facilitate a wonderful day. The food was delicious, the tequila tasting was full of information, and the photographer Alex was outstanding! I loved the photos he captured! Highly recommend!!

This was an awesome excursion, full of rugged riding in a Cam-Am and ending at a beautiful sight with the Cenote. Fernando and Fernanda are absolutely awesome! They are both so knowledgeable of the Mayan history, the area in general (including all the creatures in their natural habitat) and the meaning/beliefs surrounding the Cenotes. This is definitely a physical excursion, you are out in the more rugged natural area of the region with dirt roads and lots of "pot holes" created from rain and such. Additionally, there is a pretty decent hike down to the Cenote and then back up. Plan for your clothes/shoes/bags to get dirty, either dusty or muddy depending on how much rain there has been. Take this into account within the realm of your traveling and packing needs. For example, I wore Chaco hiking sandals which worked great and are easy to clean and repack. Sneakers would be great, but not as easy to clean and repack, just some ideas to consider. Overall, I absolutely recommend this excursion! The Cenote is a magical experience, if you are physically capable it is so worth seeing!! I would also strongly encourage you to book with Fernando and Fernanda…they really are THE BEST!!!!

We had a great experience! Our driver picked us right on time up from bus station in PDC, we picked up another trio and headed to the buggies. Fernanda was very sweet and welcoming. My bf drove and enjoyed it. The cenote was gorgeous! Aqua and pristine with little shark looking fish that didn't mind us jumping in and swimming around. The driver even stopped on the way back from the tour to take us to a store. It was the perfect amount of time. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Fernando and Fernanda were amazing. Very knowledgeable and funny. We had a great time. Memorable experience!

Turtles were amazing and cenotes were incredible! Our guide David was welcoming and has a wonderful sense of humor and loved sharing his knowledge. We would definitely recommend this excursion!
If you’re considering booking this, do it! The sea turtles were amazing and the cenote felt like a once in a lifetime experience. Joaquin was an incredible guide! The entire process was so smooth and everything was perfect.
Amazing experience! Highly recommend. My husband and I’s first time in Mexico and saw the great reviews for this excursion! Decided to give it a try and was not disappointed! Ruben was an excellent driver and Santi was an amazing guide. Was able to see and snorkel with several sea turtles, fish and a sting ray! The cenote was incredible! Highly recommended this excursion!
Our excursion was amazing! We swam in clear waters, surrounded by turtles gliding gracefully. Fish darted around us, and sting rays swam elegantly between our group. The highlight was definitely the turtles, moving so peacefully. Our tour guide was fantastic, sharing cool facts and making sure we had a great time. It was an unforgettable experience!

Rained most of day but arrived at 2pm and things cleared enough for us to enjoy, lots of shelter in jungle areas and in enclosers. Such a great place always one of my faves.
The park has many different attractions: underground rivers to swim into, boat ride in a river, orchids, animals, mayan ruins, birds, butterflies, Mexican buildings reproductions, amazing evening show, beach… we did not find a cenote, which we thought was there. Everything is amazing, well organised. If you want to do it all you might need 2 days, unless you're quick. Even the toilets are architecturally interesting! Great for kids and adults. You can add on experiences paying extra (swimming with dolphins, sharks, etc).
Plan to stay the entire day and enjoy everything you can fit in!! This was our second visit to the park. Last time we did all the river swims but missed a huge part of the park so we went in this time with a plan to get to the other attractions. Well, we need to plan another trip!! There’s NO way you can even do all the included activities in one day or even two. When you arrive you have to go wait in line at the ticket booth and that was the only wait we had all day. There’s a form you have to sign and the employees in the line just skipped us right over for that so we had to do it while out bracelets were being issued. Go, enjoy!!
The show was incredible! Highly recommended, but we weren't told we could get to the park earlier to get the full experience! Indeed, on our online tickets, it was stated that the park was open from 4pm to 11pm. When we arrived, one of the customer service staff told us that we had arrived late and had to pay extra to eat at the buffet, and that we couldn't enjoy the park's other attractions…… We are very disappointed with the confusion and unclear instructions.

This full day tour was beyond any expectations. Our guide Alma was a wealth of knowledge and loves her job and this area. All of the steps of the tour were explained to us clearly, she enjoyed when we had questions, and she had as much fun as we did it seemed. Every part of this tour was the best part of the tour. I took my aunts who are in their 70s and they were not made to feel any different than the couple in their 20s who were in our group, it was great. We are hoping to do other tours guided by Alma. And Derek's photos were icing on the cake for us, we didn't have to worry about taking our phones with us everywhere and they are something we can treasure.
We thought it was great. The guides were wonderful and all the sites/experiences were well done and a lot of fun.
It was one of my best experiences in Cancun. The guide was Alma was a sweet lady, so helpful, cheerful and knowledgable. I really enjoyed the whole trip
I booked this tour with a friend in October. Each part of this tour was memorable and just incredible. There was adventure, amazing views, delicious food and fun for all! I hope to do another tour with this company one day soon.

We had an excellent time on this Cenote tour. Pick up and drop off at our resort in the hotel zone went smoothly. The different cenotes were beautiful and each experience so fun. Was adventurous enough for those looking for a thrill, but also had plenty to see and do if you aren't a daredevil. Zip lines, rappelling, water slides, kayaks and snorkeling in beautiful surroundings with an excellent lunch and great guide mean I highly recommend this trip. Our guide was Angel aka #papamonkey and he was great! He was helpful, informative and fun! Would definitely request him if I were to do the tour again Recommendation: wear water shoes instead of flip flops. Bring a change of dry clothes. Bring a waterproof pouch for your phone/camera if you want to take photos. I wore a swim shirt/rashie with my swim suit. It wasn't 100% necessary, but I'm glad I had it. Water was not freezing, but it is cool. Bring cash if you think you might want souvenirs or the photo package. They do take credit cards for those things, but it goes much faster with cash.
Great trip. The most comfortable trip we had in Cancun ever. Van is nice, all the Cenotes are maintained extremely well, and the food / drinks are great. We enjoyed the tuna poke / chips with all you can drink Modelo especial. Activities were safe and very well run. Highly recommend this trip.
Aldo our tour guide was amazing. He made the trip fun with all his knowledge and funny personality. Would do it again. Food was great, and I did things I never did before and he made it comfortable for me.
Our guide Toño and photographer Rosie were very accommodating and friendly. It made our experience a fun filled and pleasant.

The entire experience was amazing! The trip to the boat and back was't bad. The crew was amazing! The view and the weather was incredible. The crew treated us like royalty. AND my fiance and I got engaged on the boat so it was extra special! They brought out Champaign and shots for us to celebrate (: Now we are taking our family on the boat when we go out for our wedding!!
The crew were so accomodating, from arranging pickup at our hotel to adjusting the menu for food allergies. Everyone was so friendly, would absolutely recommend to anyone!
Great snorkeling, excellent cocktails, great food. Staff was amazing!!!! Definitely a great day on the water
We didn't get a chance to snorkel due to "choppy waters" (weather was absolutely beautiful that day with low winds). We ended up docking in a cove and hanging out there for over 3 hours. The crew knew the weather conditions before they took us out for the 1pm tour, but 5-10 minutes after we got out on the water, they informed us snorkeling was not a good idea that day and strongly encouraged us to let them take us back to a little cove by the dock and stay docked there for more than 3 hours, getting drunk. Just a cheap booze cruise, without the cruise.

It was a 1.5 to 2 hour trip there and the ride back was also 1.5-2 hours. So if you are coming from Cancun, probably make the trip with more activities rather than do a half-day if you're staying in/near Cancun. Other than that, Nestor was a great guide, informative, funny, and Patient. Carlos was our driver and did an amazing job driving, and had great music playing the whole time. The Tulum ruins were interesting. It was very "touristy" and smaller than I thought it was, but it was worth it.
It is a terrible instruction for meeting at the pick up point, we missed the driver for standing in front of the hotel instead of the hotel lobby, there is no way to contact with the driver directly about the pick up point and time before arriving. The mobile app contact service is terrible, They never response no matter what you say. We called them about the situation, and the only way is to reschedule another day. Waste time and money.
We loved our host/tour guide. I think he spelled his name Adai His narrative was fun and informative and we felt that he took our safety very seriously as well (with regard to getting separated on a very crowded day and also being careful on the path). His approach to the history of the ruins was very engaging “Think like the Mayans” with interactive questions and answers. We loved every minute
This tour was ok for what we paid, seemed a little disorganized and we waited around a lot. Also, apparently within the last week Tulum has stopped allowing plastic bottles on site. Understandable and I support sustainability and bringing a reusable water bottle, however this was not communicated and therefore many people were forced to throwaway full bottles of water that were given by the tour operators with no indication that they wouldn’t be allowed?

The crew was all wonderful. Our main guide was David and he was amazing. The water was very choppy and it was very windy out. They made sure we were safe and did their best to make it the most smooth ride as possible. We didn't get to snorkel because of the weather but we had so much fun it didn't bother us. The drinks were flowing and the lunch was wonderful. They even were able to accommodate food allergies. I would 200% recommend the tour.
First time going to Islas Mujeres and the whole team on board was amazing. From making sure we had a drink at all times to just overall accommodating to anything asked of them. Quality group of people will definitely book again.
Well organised, felt safe and well looked after. We rented a golf buggy on isla mujeres and it was great fun. John was a great guide and loved the snorkelling
Swimming in the ocean!!. The crew was the best. Reno and the captain were awesome. Everybody should do this cruise!!!

Ivan and the whole crew were awesome. They ensured we were having a lot of fun while being safe on the boat/in the water especially once the open water became choppy. Also, the gourmet lunch was amazing and filling. Legit 5 course bento box style. Ooh photographer Paola candidly captured some Kodak moments but stills were pricy. Can’t wait to do book another adventure of theirs on our next trip.
We enjoyed our time and it was so fun. The crew laid out everything so well for us. We will be doing this again
The tour was rescheduled to an alternate tour due to weather conditions, but we were not told until after we were transported to the marina and were checking in. The transportation from the meeting point to the marina was on time, safe, and clean. Upon arrival, I was told they could not refund my money through them and that I could try through Viator, but it was too late, as we were leaving in 20 minutes. We opted to go on the alternate tour, since it was our last day in Tulum and so we wouldn’t lose our money. The tour alternative was described as to anchor the boat in a bay with calm waters. Paddle boarding was available, but no snorkeling. This bay would later be filled with other boats probably with the same weather problem. The boat was clean and nice. But, when we were about to leave the marina a huge storm came and it poured down rain and was really windy. We circled in the marina a few times getting drenched and blown around ( we thought they were going to take us back) but the crew decided to still take us out into the open waters. It was really scary. The ocean was really, really rough, the waves were big, and we were being soaked in our clothes with rain. As we plowed through the waves, Many yelled to go back, but they kept going. My family was scared. About 15 minutes later we arrived to the marina where we stayed several hours and way longer than anticipated. I’m not sure why, perhaps the weather or ? The marina was crowded with other boats and guests coming in and out. The smell of exhaust was strong, music was competing among all the boats, and people were getting intoxicated. The crew were VERY attentive with serving drinks and nice to guests. They were really working hard. In my opinion, some people were way over served. Albeit, it was open bar, but you can tell when someone has had enough. I would have left with my family if I could have after observing some guests behavior. I assumed we stayed so long and the open bar drinks were so generous due to the change in plans and they wanted to make guests happy. The lunch was just okay. Overall this day was a disappointment. The alternative was not worth the money and safety and comfort of the passengers should come first. BTW no safety measures regarding life preservers were shared with guests. They should spend a minute on this esp. when taking guests out in these weather conditions. However, When a guest was shoved overboard by another guest and injured they did attend to his wounds and have him sign a waiver. I only give this tour a 2 because they crew and van transportation had good service, but the company should not have sent guests out in these weather conditions and over-serve to that extent. This was not a luxury tour.
Matt and the team did a great job ! Very helpful always making sure we were having a good time. Boat 18

Highly recommend, absolutely worth the money. The cenote swim was completely amazing! Your not allowed to take any form of camera's with you, only type of picture you can get is by purchase only, which doesn't include anything from inside of the cenote. The snorkeling experience was great, we seen many turtles. Only thing I would of liked to experience more of was being taken out a little deeper to see more coral reefs, but it was still beautiful. The guides were great, Enrique was fantastic!
It said it was 4 hours and started at 9am. We got a text the night before to meet at 6:20. Then when we met our guide we found out we could not go to the ocean. So no turtles and they knew that in advance. So they took us snorkeling instead. The icing on the cake was that we did not get back to our hotel until 4pm. For that long of a day with the activities being so short. It was not worth it.
Had a great time on our tour. Our guide Arun and driver Roger were fantastic. Kept the tour interesting and upbeat with their jokes and information. Cenote was amazing, snorkeling was fun, and the beach was very relaxing. Just a few recommendations if you plan on booking. Try and get the earliest reservation time. We had the earliest time and it was nice not having other tour groups with us a majority of the time since we were the first group at each spot. Be aware you have to be a good swimmer and bring your own towel. I would totally recommend this your for anyone he wants to see a nice side a mexico nature.
Ceasar, our guide was funny, knowledgeable, personable and explained everything very thoroughly. He made the experience more memorable.

This tour was really great! They picked us up right from our hotel and brought all of the snorkeling equipment that we could need. They even provided plenty of cold bottled water and some cookies. The hottest part was walking around the ruins in Tulum, but our tour guide Diana gave us big umbrellas to help block out the sun. Swimming in the cenote was truly incredible and so refreshing! Diana was very informative and more than willing to answer questions. After seeing plenty of fish in the lagoon, we were provided with a delicious lunch at the beach club (I’d recommend the chicken burrito). I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone hoping to see some local hotspots. I do wish they gave us an idea on what to bring, but the driver that picked us up gave us a chance to run back to our room to bring towels. For reference, you will want comfortable walking shoes for the ruins in Tulum, flip flops/water shoes/sandals for the cenote (you need to shower to remove sunscreen before going into the cenote and the ground is a little rocky), and a towel to wrap around you in the van between stops! You will have a chance to change into a bathing suit at the ruins before heading to the cenote, but most people wore their bathing suits under their clothes. I would give this tour and Diana a 10/10!
Viator partners with Cancun Adventures who picked us up in Cancun/Costa Mujeres about 2 1/2 hours prior to our start time. The drive is long but it is worth your time and money. Silvado was our tour guide and he hopped in the car about half way to Tulumn and was very knowledgable about the Mayans, the culture and he was incredibly funny and nice. We got a tour of the ruins, some free time and it was a really cool experience. After we went to a denote which was breathtaking, and then we snorkeled with turtles. After all of the activities we had lunch at a local beach club. All in all it was a wonderful experience and it was one of the highlights of the trip. 10/10 would recommend!!!
Great guides, we loved Arturo! Cenotes were awesome, beach lunch great! Thank you Mexico for a memorable trip!
Great History Lesson. Great Views. The tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable about the area, ruins & city of Tulum.

All of the experiences were fantastic. We ended up snorkeling first, then swimming in the cenote, and finally Tulum ruins before lunch. By the time we were done with the other activities, lunch was kind of an exhausting add on (although the beach site and food were great!), so I might recommend to the tour company that lunch not be included and instead grab something for the bus on the way. We left at 7am from the hotel and returned at 6pm, so a far longer day than we expected. Still, definitely worth the trip. Our guide, Andrea, and driver, Rafael were fantastic, and were both accommodating and informative! Highly recommend the tour.
Really enjoyed this trip, our guide Manny was great and shared a lot of knowledge, the beach club at the end was fantastic
Our tour guide Mariana was a fantastic guide, it was a well organized, very informative tour. Mariana was passionate about educating you on the Cenotes, Sea turtles and the Mayan ruins! The one thing that really impressed me about our guide was we drove past an accident while on our tour and Mariana had our driver pull over so she could hand out water to the police and people in the accident! It truly showed a lot about her character as a person! I would highly recommend Viator tours and Mariana as a guide
I arrived on time at the pickup location that was given on the drop down. Nowhere did it say I needed to be a hotel guest nor did I receive any communication about pick up – I just chose what was closest to where I was staying. We waited outside the hotel when we called regarding pick up. the tour operator said “The shuttle is late in traffic and we can only pick you up in the lobby. We ASSUME that the pick up you choose is because you’re a guest” – What about those not staying at a hotel? There is no type of disclaimer stating any of that on the excursion listing. I’ve booked with Viator many times and never had this issue. I asked about being picked up right outside of the gate – They said no. I asked about another meeting point to be picked up – They said yes but it would be 1.5 hours later. At the time, I did agree because I really wanted to do this with my family. I called Viator just to check if a refund was an option, they told me they had to ask the tour operator. Viator said the operator said no because I arranged for the new pick up. Though, something told me to just call the operator back. I called them to confirm the pick up again and they said “Oh, we canceled because you asked for a refund and assumed you didn’t want it” I said “Oh, so you’ll be giving me a refund?” They said, “So sorry – No, we can not refund you” I said “So, can we still meet at the pick up point at the designated time than” They said “So sorry, no”. I even tried to book for a different day, they were booked until a week later. Not only did I lose out on the excursion but also money because of them AND Viator. Terrible service when it’s their fault. If you don’t read anything, please read this: I went to Akumal with my family on our own where we did everything that was listed on this excursion and it was MUCH cheaper. We were on our own time, we were able to get a PRIVATE session on a PRIVATE boat ($40 p/p which includes entrance to beach) to see the turtles, coral reefs, and sting rays. We went to multiple cenotes ($10 -$20 p/p), chilled on the beautiful beach, and got recommendations for great food spots. We also went to the archeological zone after ($20 p/p). All under $179 p/p INCLUDING parking ($20) – We spent about $75-$100 p/p 🙂
